Kam started her career in the entertainment industry in New Zealand with Polygram Records in 1983 as Marketing and Promotions Co-Ordinator. By the mid-90’s, Kam was co-ordinating and managing International tours throughout Australia, South Africa, Asia and the UK, finally settling in Australia to work with international promoter Paul Dainty. Here, Kam was managing territorial events and production contracts for global recording acts, such as The Rolling Stones, America, Rod Stewart, Ricky Martin, The Bee Gees, Santana, Neil Diamond, K.D. Lang, Harry Connick Jr., Cliff Richard and Tony Bennett.

In addition to Kam’s 25 year background in the Australasian music industry, she has also managed large scale budgets in concert and theatrical entertainment, as eclectic as World Wrestling Entertainment, Cavalcade – Reins Of Fire, Aled Jones, Nutcracker On Ice, Judith Durham and The Seekers, Bananas In Pyjamas and Dorothy The Dinosaur’s Dance Party – USA Tour.

Kam joined FremantleMedia in 2007 as Production Manager for Quizmania. Since then she has worked on various other productions including The Gift Series 2, Comedy Slapdown, Project Runway Finale and Triple Zero Heroes Pilot.

In December 2008, Kam was appointed Operations Manager for Forum 5.
