Lisa began her career in publicity in Australia at the age of 18. At 22, she left home to work and travel overseas, finding herself settling temporarily in the UK. On returning to Australia in 1996, Lisa joined the Sydney 2000 Olympics Organising Committee (SOCOG) looking after the event's Sponsorship and Brand Advertising. After four years with the Sydney Games, Lisa returned to the UK, this time to Manchester to manage the Brand and Advertising department for the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
Upon completion, Lisa found herself back in London and began working with Jamie Oliver. Initially responsible for his endorsements and product licenses, she soon helped develop and manage Jamie's talent management company, Fresh Partners, managing some of UK's lifestyle greats: Interior Designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Nutritionist Jane Clarke, farmer Jimmy Doherty, reknowned chef Gennaro Contaldo and many more. Lisa was responsible for client revenues reaching into the millions of pounds each year.
In 2007, Lisa returned once again to Sydney, to start up her own lifestyle talent management company, One Management, specializing in developing personality led brands in the lifestyle area. Within two years, One Management enjoyed great success with a host of exciting new Australian talent, including celebrity chefs such as Tobie Puttock, Pete Evans, and wine writer Matt Skinner. Lisa brought her talent and skills to Forum 5 in 2008, and heads up our lifestyle management division, managing a rapidly growing roster of talent most recent of which are the finalists from Masterchef Australia.
