Polygon Palace formed after a chance encounter between Londoner and recreational time-
traveller Adam Ferns and Kiwi future-street-tough Gabriel Crossan, at The Polygon Palace Of
Time Adventure ($5 Wednesdays), when both decided to go for the 'Super Saver Spin'.

Several random eras and misadventures later, they placed their arms outside the ride and crash-
landed in Melbourne in the early 21st century. Determined to raise enough money for a ticket
home, they formed a band, harnessing the medium of popular song to share their experiences of
vampire-hunting robots, personality transplants and cross-dimensional hedonism (with synths).

Since inking a management deal with Forum 5 in late 2008 Polygon Palace have shifted into overdrive, putting their remix skills on show with a bootleg of Cut Copy’s smash “Hearts On Fire” that made waves in the blogging world, accepting invitations to support some of Australia’s premier indie acts including Cassette Kids, Flamingo Crash, Hot Little Hands and Quan (Regurgitator) as well as internationals Kap Bambino (FR) and receiving airplay on Triple J’s Home & Hosed.

Their first single ‘Tokyo Getaway’ was released in late 2009 packaged with remixes from Swiss duo Cryptonites, CSK OK, Wild Turkey's and Tornado Wallace. It peaked at #30 on Hype Machine's global most popular chart.
